We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original, unopened condition
- Include all original packaging and protector case
- Have no signs of damage or wear
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Info@AEToyBox.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
- Reason for return
We'll provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package all items, but if your collectible arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
